Through this online modality, using the Zoom platform, we will be able to enjoy dynamic classes full of content that will help you improve your English language skills effectively and practically. Below, we provide you with some important guidelines for the good development of the course:
1. Start and End of the Course:
Start date: November 5, 2024
End date: December 5, 2024
This course lasts 4 weeks, with weekly live classes through the Zoom platform.
2. Class Schedule:
Classes will be held from Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 09:00 in the morning.
It is important that you arrive on time to make the most of class time.
3. Modality and Platform:
The course will be 100% online, using Zoom as the main platform for live classes.
Please make sure you have a stable internet connection and an active Zoom account.
Classes will include real-time interactions, practical exercises, and group activities to practice English in a collaborative environment.
4. Materials and Resources:
Digital materials, such as presentations and reading documents, will be provided through MOODLE.
Supplementary materials (such as videos, audios, and exercises) will also be available for download from the INGLES A2 platform.
It is recommended to have a notebook or digital document to take notes and record new vocabulary.
5. Participation and Attendance:
Active participation is key to success in the course. All students are expected to engage in class activities and are encouraged to ask questions and share their experiences.
Attendance at live classes is highly recommended. If you are unable to attend a class, it will be recorded and available for later review, but it should not be a regular practice.
6. Assessment:
During the course, there will be ongoing assessments through in-class exercises, weekly assignments, and a final test. Assessments will focus on listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Personalized feedback will be provided to help improve and advance in learning.

Course Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
Improve their oral and written comprehension in everyday situations, such as shopping, asking for directions, or talking about free-time activities.
Expand their vocabulary on topics related to daily life, work, and travel, achieving greater mastery of common expressions and useful phrases.
Develop basic conversation skills in English, maintaining simple conversations and understanding conversations in common situations such as in a restaurant, with the family, at school, traveling, on public transportation, etc.
Understand and produce simple texts in English, such as emails, letters and descriptions of activities.
Develop greater confidence in interacting in English, using appropriate grammatical structures and being able to express opinions and ask simple questions.
